Saturday, we had a great breakfast at The Coffee House in Newport (Dungeness Crab omelet!). Since the weather on the coast was still better than points east, we wandered north, stopping at the Yaquina Head lighthouse (which replaced the poorly located Yaquina Bay lighthouse after only a few years), and then drove on to Tillamook before heading back to the gray.
